    How many times have you pressed the send button on an e-mail and then realized one of the following?
You misinterpreted the question your reply was meant to answer.
You forgot to include an important detail or a file attachment.
You sent it to the wrong John Smith in your company.
The e-mail contains sensitive information that not everyone on the distribution list should see.
Mail recall is an option provided by HCL® Domino® software. Your administrator defines whether users can use the feature and what choices they have. If authorized, users will be able to simply click a button in their HCL Notes® client to recall a message sent in error -- even if it has already been read!
    More mail server enhancements
    Additional mail features available within Domino software include enhanced mail threads and improved out of office capabilities:
Enhanced view capabilities support the new implementation of mail threads available within Notes software.
Improved out of office capabilities include the option to specify hours in addition to dates. With a new out of office service on the HCL Domino server, colleagues who send you mail may receive notification of your absence almost immediately.
    Server managed deployment
Server managed provisioning
HCL Domino software offers the option to centrally manage initial deployment and upgrades of HCL Notes software and composite applications. Using server managed provisioning, you can even deploy different HCL Notes features to different users. This new capability complements the existing HCL Notes Smart Upgrade feature, which can help you simplify and automate the process of upgrading to HCL Notes 12 software from all prior versions.
Expanded policy management options
Using policies, you can manage the deployment of HCL Notes features such as the HCL productivity tools. For example, you can define which of your employees can use the HCL productivity tools, and you can specify the files and templates they can use.
Composite applications
With HCL Domino software, use of composite applications extends the model of a business portal to the HCL Notes client. Composite applications combine elements of multiple applications into a single, role-based work environment -- bringing collaboration into the context of the business processes you use every day. NSF-based composite applications can be hosted on HCL Domino software and accessed using a HCL Notes client. Application developers can use HCL HCL Domino Designer software and Eclipse-based tools to build reusable components. Using the composite application editor feature of HCL Notes software, business users will be able to easily assemble these components into a personalized application where one component responds to an action in another.
